Leticia Fornero is a Psychology graduate from Universidad de la República, Uruguay, and a certified Gestalt and PNIE Psychotherapist, Coach, and People Management Expert.

With more than 14 years of experience in People & Culture and Human Resources, she specializes in supporting technology organizations through growth, transformation, and organizational scaling.Her career has been focused on designing and evolving People strategies aligned with business objectives, helping tech companies build sustainable cultures, strengthen leadership capabilities, and develop high-performing teams. Leticia has led the creation and maturation of People functions from early-stage structures to consolidated organizational models, partnering closely with leadership teams to drive organizational development, change management, and employee experience initiatives.

Combining HR leadership with a psychotherapeutic and coaching background, she brings a systemic and human-centered approach to organizational challenges — enabling companies to navigate complexity, foster engagement, and support both business performance and people wellbeing.She joined Digital Sense as People Manager in 2025, where she contributes to culture evolution, leadership support, and scalable People practices aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
