Pablo holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UdelaR and a Master's and Doctorate in Applied Mathematics from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan, France. He has been a Full Professor G5 at the Institute of Electrical Engineering (IIE) of the Faculty of Engineering at Universidad de la República since 2015.
He is an expert in Machine Learning and Image Processing with over 18 years of experience in +20 R&D projects, over 80 articles, and 3 patents in the USA. His network of scientific collaborators spans France and the United States. He has written over 100 articles, conference papers, and a book published by Springer Lecture Notes in Mathematics.
