Natalia Bottaioli
Natalia is a Systems Engineer with over 15 years of experience leading digital transformation projects in complex environments. She specializes in bridging the gap between technology and stakeholders, ensuring seamless digital adoption across diverse teams. Currently, she is an R&D Engineer at Digital Sense and a research intern at Centre Borelli, École Normale Supérieure, Université Paris-Saclay, where she contributes to Optical Character Recognition advancements.
Natalia holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. She is pursuing a Master’s in Data Science and Machine Learning at the University of the Republic (UDELAR), Uruguay. Previously, she played a key role in modernizing Uruguay’s National Civil Registration Office as a Project and Product Manager at AGESIC. Her career spans leadership roles in government, academia, and private sector initiatives, always focusing on technology-driven improvements.
Fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, Natalia is passionate about cross-functional collaboration, software product development, and using technology to enhance public and private sector efficiency.
