Camilo Borba is an Electrical Engineer graduated from the School of Engineering at Universidad de la República (UdelaR), where he is completing his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing and Machine Learning.
He works as a Research & Development Engineer at Digital Sense, leading applied research and the development of artificial intelligence and big data solutions. His role bridges the exploration of new methodologies with the deployment of production-ready systems capable of solving complex technical and business challenges.
His academic research focuses on the use of Graph Neural Networks for phenotype prediction from genomic structures. He seeks to continue generating impact through research and the development of innovative solutions that connect science, technology, and industry.
